Geoff Piraino and Travis Capacete, both of whom worked on this film, explained that “For Aaron” is “a story of hope for anyone who’s lost someone. It celebrates life and friendship.” Geoff added, “The whole thing was done on donations,” and he was amazed at how willing people were to help them.
